Originally from Boston Massachusetts, Michael Christopher Cooney spent ten years working in all facets of the music industry, as well as mentoring at-risk kids. With a Bachelors Degree in Education from University Of Massachusetts, and a Masters in Creative Writing from Otis College Of Art And Design here in Los Angles, Michael Christopher Cooney has written for a variety of on-line publications. Recently Michael has completed his first book, Walking In My Sleep, a memoir about growing up with Cerebral Palsy. And his first film, Accidents, written with Raymond Martino. Michael Christopher Cooney initially joined Inclusion Films as a student. As of 2009, greater opportunities arose. As a subsidary of Inclusion Films, Michael has been put in charge of Team Diversity Media, a unique production company owned and operated exclusively by graduates of the film program.
